NPC Innkeeper Trelayne (Cloth)

Innkeeper Trelayne is a level 30 innkeeper located in Darkshire in the human-aligned territory of Duskwood and she is wearing some nice looking clothes - all details here.  The look will be spoiled by shoulders and gloves but I will find something suitable later.

NPC Pathstalker Rislar (leather)

A Sunreaver aligned Rogue trainer in Dalaran.  His tabard is cut short, so can't quite get the same look - all details are here.  Here are a few different looks without the tabard, quite nice for transmogging I think.

The chest on the left is Raging Spirit Harness, the one on the right is Primalstorm Breastplate.

NPC Argent Sentry (Plate)

Argent Sentries can be found guarding Light's Hope Chapel.  All details here.

NPC Deathguard Elite (Mail)

Obviously the Deathguard is a bit more purple, but not a bad copy - all details here.

NPC Warmage Calandra (Cloth)

Warmage Calandra

Warmage Calandra is a Kirin Tor-aligned mage who has offered her powers to keep the Transitus Shield up and running in order to defend it from the rampaging blue dragonflight.

All items Here. She has a slightly different tabard in this photo but now wears the one i have shown.  She has special shoulders that I don't believe are available, but not a bad copy. She's also one of WoW's prettiest NPC.

NPC Blood Knight Adept (Mail)

Blood Knight Adepts are level 20 Blood Knights in the city of Silvermoon. Most Adepts watch over other Blood Knights and salute when approached.  One Adept watches over Sangrias Stillblade, after a few initiates brought him to the Silvermoon City Inn.
Not got the exact boots , but here's all items.

NPC Dark Ranger Lyana (Leather)

Dark rangers are elven rangers with a different focus. The dark ranger is a cunning hero, adept at manipulating opponents. Forcibly raised from the dead, the former rangers of Quel'Thalas enjoy nothing more than sowing dissension and hatred within the enemy ranks. Dark Ranger Lyana leads the attack against the Derelict Strand near Vengeance Landing.

To achieve this look I used these items.
An alternative hood with red eyes - Malefic Mask of the Shadows  from Gruul.

Battlemage Vyara (Plate)

Battle mage refers to four groups of melee spellcasters. Scryers are known to have battle mages in their ranks. They are likely to be former members of the Kirin Tor like the Scarlet battle mages.

Chest :- Enchanted Thorium Breastplate
Waist :- Girdle of the Dawn
Legs :- Enchanted Thorium Legplates
Feet :- Grim Sabatons
Hands :- Exalted Gauntlets. Can't see exact gloves but these match.
Tabard :- Scryer Tabard
Sword :- Blood Groove Blade Needs a firey enchant.

Shoulders aren't exact but I like them better than any look alikes I can find.  Here is the set without the tabard.

NPC Captain Theris Dawnhearth (Cloth)

"Captain Theris Dawnhearth.  A memorable companion in battle, Dawnhearth wields the Hand Of Torment. The blade in which the Burning Legion foe will fall. We've all seen his impact upon us, and The Shattered Sun, for it is a great factor to have Dawnhearth fighting by our sides, as his blade reflects the eclipse of Celestial Honor."
